Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. Contact us for monthly rates and for availability.

June 3, 2007 - August 31, 2007:	$1200/week
September 1, 2007 - September 31, 2007:	$1000/week
October 1, 2007 - November 30, 2007:	$700/week
December 1, 2007 - February 29, 2008:	$600/week
March 1, 2008 - May 31, 2008:	$700/week
June 1, 2008 - August 31, 2008:	$1200/week

- All rates are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.

Rental Policies

Please read carefully before making reservation

- There Are NO administrative fees applied to reservations.

- Rental rate does not include 10% City of Oceanside Hotel Tax.

       Your total cost = Rent + 10% Tax

- All reservations required a $300 security deposit due at the time of reservation. It will be refunded to you by mail upon satisfactory inspection, approximately 2 weeks after departure.

- The full amount of rent and taxes are due 30 days prior to occupancy.

- NO smoking.

- NO pets permitted.

- NO more than 4 occupants allowed.

- Check in time: 3:00 P.M.

- Check out time: 10:00 A.M.

- Subletting of the rental is not permitted.

- You are expected to follow Northcoast Village's rules and regulations. You will be responsible for all citations and fine.

Cancellation

- NO refund offered for late check ins or early departures.

- In the event of cancelation 60 days prior to occupancy, security deposit will be refunded to you.

- In the event of cancelation less than 30 days prior to occupancy, security deposit will NOT be refunded to you. However, rent will only be refunded if another renter takes your dates.
