Welcome to The Sandy Retreat, the website for our 1 bedroom beachfront condo located in Oceanside, Southern California. Oceanside located just 30 minutes north of Downtown San Diego forty five minutes from Orange County. It has all the charms of a small beach town but not lacking in activities. With a perfect climate (average temperature in the low 70's), Oceanside boasts one of the finest beaches in Southern California.

North Coast Village located on one of the prime locations along a white sandy beach. Just beyond our gate, you can find great spots for swimming, surfing, volleyball, and enjoying fire pits at night. A ten-minute walk will take you down to the Oceanside City Pier where you can fish, dine or just relax and watch spectacular sunset. Within walking distance, you can also stroll to Oceanside Harbor which has quaint shops, many fine restaurants, and a yacht marina where you can rent a jet ski, or book fishing trips, or whale watching. A 30-minutes drive will take you to many theme parks: Legoland, San Diego zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Sea World, The Mission, and more than 25 golf courses. North Coast Village is known for its beautiful and tranquil landscaping. Just stepping inside the complex, you can feel your soul unwind and your worries receded. Amid cascading waterfalls and meandering streams you will find a koi pond, two pools, Jacuzzis, work-out rooms, saunas, and common areas for parties, barbeque, completed with ping pong tables, and pool tables. The complex also has an office and 24-hour security.

Finally, we are proud to present to you our beautiful, luxurious condo with all the comfort of home. You can enjoy the sunset from our deck which has the view of the ocean and the harbor. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.. Along with a fireplace, the living room furnished a queen sleeper, a lazy recliner with massaging functions, TV, DVD player, cable, CD player. The bedroom is furnished by a Cal-king bed. We also provided for your enjoyments, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, mats, toys, games, etc. An air mattress is included for extra comfort. Overall, we cannot wait for your visit and experiencing an unforgettable vacation.
